Gingerbread Hummus

Gingerbread Hummus

Yields8 Servings
 2 ½ cups Chickpeas
 ¾ cup Plant Milk
 1 tbsp Date Syruo
 1 tsp Molasses
 1 tsp Orange Zest
 3 tbsp Almond Butter
 1 ½ tsp Gingerbread Spice

To prepare this recipe either cook dried chickpeas or rinse the canned ones.
Then take a grater and grate the orange to get the zest.

Add all ingredients into a highspeed blender and blend it until everything is smooth and combined

Pour the Hummus into a bowl and add a little bit extra gingerbread spice on top.
You can keep this Hummus in the fridge for several days.
Enjoy!
