Roasted Fennel

 2 Fennel bulbs
 1 clove of Garlic
 1 tbsp dried Italian Herbs
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 Salt

Preheat your oven to 375°f (180°c). Wash the fennel bulbs, cut them in half and then into smaller slices.

Pour the slices into an oven dish and add all the other ingredients. With your hands massage the fennel slices so every slice is coated with oil and spices.

Lay the slices as separately as possible to achieve a maximum of crunchiness. Put the dish into the preheated oven and let the fennel roast for 30-40 minutes.

Before removing the dish, check the consistency of the fennel with a fork. When it is as you desire it, remove the dish from the oven and serve.
