Place the Tofu, Oatmilk and spices into a blender and blend until everything is smooth and combined.
Chop the green onion and tomato.
Add the oil into a pan on high heat. Once it is hot pour the chopped green onion inside. Sauté it for a few seconds.
Then add the Tofu mixture and immediately start scrambling it. Continue for a few minutes to dehydrate the mixture until it has the consistency you desire.
Lastly add the tomatoes and serve.
