Walnut Vinaigrette

  cup Walnut Vinegar
 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  cup Walnut Oil
  cup Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
 1 clove of Garlic
 1 tsp Thyme
 ¼ cup Walnuts
 Salt
 Pepper

Pour the oil, vinegar and maple syrup into a small bowl or jar.

Press the Garlic into the mixture. Then chop the Thyme and Walnuts into small pieces and add them into the bowl/jar.

Lastly add Salt and Pepper to taste. This dressing gets better the longer it sits. It could be used right away but letting it sit for at least 3 hours, or even overnight will enhance the flavors tremendously.
